A 25% non-refundable deposit, credited toward your total, locks in your install date. Two-story homes add $100 to package prices and three-story homes add $200. Commercial, HOA, and storefront displays are quoted.

Holiday lighting questions
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 25% deposit, paid online through Square when you book, locks in your install date and is credited toward your total. Deposits are non-refundable, and unpaid holds release after 24 hours.
When do holiday light installs start?
Installs start in early November and are scheduled first come, first served. Book early for the best dates.
Is takedown included?
Yes. Every package includes takedown in January on a date you choose, so there's no surprise second bill.
Do I keep the lights?
With our standard leased lights, no: we install them, take them down in January, store them labeled for your home, and put the same set back up next year. If you'd rather own them, you can buy lights cut to fit your home for about $3 per foot of roofline, plus installation.
What happens to leased lights after the season?
We take them down, label them for your house, and store them, so next year's install goes faster and matches perfectly. Storage is included with leased lights.
Can you use my lights?
Yes. We test your lights first and you pay the lower customer-lights price. Off-season storage for your own lights is $129.
Will the install damage my roof or gutters?
No. We use clips made for shingles and gutters, with no nails, screws, or holes.
What if a strand goes out?
One mid-season fix visit is included. After that, repair visits are $59.
Do you install permanent lighting?
No. Our installs are seasonal and removable. We plug into your existing outdoor outlets with an automatic timer and don't make any wiring changes.
Do I need outdoor outlets?
Yes. We plug into existing outdoor outlets and don't install new ones.
